All copyright of photographic images belongs to the photographer.

It is your responsibility to tell the photographer if you feel that the location or situation put your pet or family member in danger. If your dog needs to stay on the lead or cannot do certain things (for medical or other reasons) you need to inform the photographer. If your animal is reactive you also are required to mention it to the photographer to keep everybody safe. The photographer has the right to stop the session if they are concerned about the dog’s welfare, safety or behaviour during the session (no refunds provided). The customer accepts all liability for damage (to the photographer or third parties involved) caused by their pet during the session.

A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking, the appointment can be changed up to 7 days before the portrait session. Full payment is required prior to the session.
No show: If for any reason after receiving your confirmation, you fail to attend your pet portrait session (or do not give enough notice), you will lose your deposit. You are entitled to a maximum of two appointment changes (unless the session is postponed due to adverse weather - in this case, the session can be postponed indefinite number of times) after which you will lose your booking fees. The session date must can be changed up to 7 days before the session, otherwise you will lose your deposit.
Full payment for products (wall art, albums and any other items) is required before ordering. Once the order for products is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If the photographer decides to postpone the session to due to adverse weather a new, session will be scheduled with no additional charge. Postponing the session due to adverse weather does not affect the customer's right to postpone a session for different reasons as stated in the "Payment" section.

You are not permitted to remove the logo or edit the images (changing colours, removing or adding elements to the picture etc.). You cannot enter any of the photographs in competition. When purchasing products (wall art, albums, prints etc.), you cannot scan the print into another print or a digital image. You can purchase the full resolution digital images separately. You are allowed to display the images on social media.
The customer(s) allow(s) the photographer to display any images covered by this contract and to promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, calendars, websites, competitions, sample albums, commercial photography etc. unless specifically requested by the customer not to.

The session fee covers travelling expenses up to 20 miles from G78 1UU postcode. Locations further away are charged at 40 pence per mile after the first 20 miles. The photographer might require accommodation if the location is at a distance of 80 miles or greater from G78 1UU postcode. The cost of accommodation and expenses shall be covered by the customer.

After the selection process (where the customer chooses photographs from the session), the photographer shall provide all, fully edited pictures within 14 days after the selection process.
The photographer will prepare and place the order for products within 7 days after final products have been selected by the customer. The order cannot be modified or cancelled after it has been placed. The photographer takes no responsibility for the delays caused by the printing lab.
